We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces are final sale.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Alchemy Jeweler purchase includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
